After Dan Henderson Broken Nose, UFC Fighter Shogun Rua Robbed at Gunpoint In Rio De Janeiro
Mauricio Rua, known in the UFC as Shogun has had a little streak of bad luck lately. After his last match with Dan Henderson in which Henderson broke Rua's nose, Shogun found himself in Rio de Janeiro doing promotional work. One evening while in Rio Rua ended up getting robbed at gunpoint. Former Players File Second Lawsuit Against NFL Films Over Images
Hundreds of former NFL players including the estates of some who have passed on are filing a lawsuit against NFL Films. The suit is actually the second of its kind. Last fall a similar suit was dismissed. In Essence the players want fair compensation for the use of their images in NFL Films products, which the players claim they did not consent to in perpetuity.
