Cleveland Browns fan Paul S. Serbu has been charged with disorderly conduct after posting a video on Youtube of him apparently urinating on Art Modell's grave. Modell, who died in 2012, owned the original Cleveland Browns team before moving them to Baltimore in 1996. Clevelanders never forgave that betrayal, even after they were granted a Browns franchise once more in 1999.
