According to the latest gossip news updates, it was the 'Gossip Girl' actress' actions that caused her ex-husband to have he's visa revoked in the US, in the first place -- directly leading to a judge deciding the only way to share custody was for the German business men to take the children to live with him in Monaco, where he resides. In the years since their split, Rutherford has publicly blamed everyone form her ex to the judges for having to go to Europe to visit her kids, but it seems that she was the real cause for her heartbreak all along.
