New TNT ‘Public Morals’ with ‘Arrow’ Season 4 Villain Damien Darhk Neal McDonough

This week, TNT’s new crime drama, Public Morals is all new. The series, features actor Neal McDonough as recurring character Rusty Patton. McDonough has recently landed a recurring role on the hit CW series Arrow. McDonough will be playing Season 4’s big villain, Damien Darhk. The official plot synopsis for this week’s all new episode of Public Morals, titled “Family Is Family,” reads:

“Muldoon investigates his uncle's murder. Meanwhile, romance blooms between Sean O'Bannon and his best friend's sister, and newbie cop Shea takes in the fun side of the job when he's taken to a private, illegal casino.”

Arrow, executive producer, Wendy Mericle recently opened up to TV Guide, where she opened up about the new season’s big bad Damien Darhk, played by Neal McDonough:

"He's a sociopath. He has no morals. He has no center at all. He doesn't really care about what he does in the name of pursuing his personal agenda."
