While Justin Bieber seems to be pouring his energies following his split with Selena Gomez earlier this year into making hit new songs like "What Do You Mean", his ex-girlfriend is said to have been busy pouring herself something to drink. According to the latest gossip news updates, those closest to the 'Spring Breakers' sex-symbol fear that she needs to head back to rehab once again. Although, Selena is said to be in real bad shape without Bieber as her boyfriend, at least she and Demi Lovato are friends again. Despite their reportedly having been on the outs for some time, it appears that the Disney Channel divas have finally decided to make up.
