Pregnant Cameron Diaz & Husband Benji Madden Plan for Baby Boy & Girl?

While Cameron Diaz might have laughed off the possibility of her ever having a baby just 18-month ago, that was before she met and married Benji Madden. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Mask actress is already pregnant with the Good Charlotte's bad boy's twins. And though it is still way too early for them to really be able to tell, word has it that the Voice Australia judge and his wife are hoping against hope that they will have both a little boy and girl.

In the past Cameron Diaz has made it clear that she really wasn't interested in ever having kids, but since she's met Benji Madden everything has changed.

One source in the latest September 21, issue of In Touch Weekly claims that after a few trips to see the fertility specialists and couple IVF treatments just for good measure, Cameron Diaz is as pregnant as one of the Duggars' daughters:

"They were shocked at first, but are completely overjoyed.

"Her doctor told her that although there should be complications, everything looks great and she is super healthy...But Cameron's still nervous, so they are waiting until the third trimester to make the announcement to the public."

According to the informant, Cameron and Benji don't really have any clue as to the gender of their twins but are excited none the less at the prospect of possibly having both a little baby girl and boy:

"She's only a few weeks in, so they don't know the genders yet.

"The plan was to not tell anyone, but Cameron was so overjoyed when she got the news that she had to tell a few people. She told her mom, sister and a few friends, including Drew Barrymore and Nicole Richie."

Although it seems the family insider that People spoke to had been instructed to keep the pregnancy hush-hush, they still hinted that a baby bump would probably be making an appearance within a month or two:

"[Cameron] will take things as they come...But don't be surprised to see her calm down a bit and get in the best shape for a possible pregnancy."

So...it would seem that despite having a five year head start on his brother in the marriage department, Benji Madden and Cameron Diaz could soon find themselves with just as big a family as Joel and Nicole
