While some folks are starting to point out that the proportions of Kylie Jenner's face are beginning to look a little clownish, word has it that the Keeping Up with the Kardashian reality TV star is practically addicted to getting plastic surgery at this point. According to the latest gossip news updates, Kim Kardashian created a monster when she reportedly suggested that her little sister should get her lips filled, and now the 18-year-old sex-symbol just can't stop.
Although everyone seemed to agree that Kylie Jenner's look was changed for the better after she got cosmetic lip injections, the teenager is nowsaid to be as addicted to the plastic surgery as she is the attention that it brings.
One source in the latest September 21, issue of In Touch magazine claims that the success of Kylie's first procedure has gradually snowballed into an overall obsession with getting more and more work done:
"The bigger her lips, the more attention she gets...It's making her want more and more.
"Kylie's addicted to plastic surgery. She started off with a filler in her upper lip and now she's gone overboard.
"She may have ruined her face forever."
Complicating matters even further is the acceptance Kylie now feels after admitting that she had indeed gotten lip injections last May.
The family friend that Hollywood Life spoke explained that at first Jenner resented being goaded by Kim into coming clean about the work she's had done, but now it's served to just further boost her ego (via Life & Style):
"She was so mad at Kim for making her admit that she got her lips done, but now she's super grateful.
"She's thanking her for making her do it and says she wishes she would have just been honest right away."
What do you think about someone getting plastic surgery at the age of 18?
Is that just a normal part of life in California these days?
Or, is there something inherently wrong with someone so young already being that insecure about their looks that should alarm us?
