5 Bold Predictions for Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles in NFL Week 9

The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles will face off this week on Sunday Night Football. What five bold predictions can be made for the game and what should fans be on the lookout for throughout the game?

1. Dez Bryant Will Break Through with a Huge Performance

After struggling a bit in his first week back off of his foot injury, Dez Bryant is ready to get out on the field this week against Philadelphia's defense and get back to playing at a superstar level. He will be a bit closer to 100 percent and the Eagles have a poor secondary. Bryant should come through with a big performance and will get back to putting up star production for the Cowboys.

2. DeMarco Murray Tears Up His Former Team

DeMarco Murray was one of the bigger signings in free agency and was expected to be a monstrous playmaker for the Eagles. That hasn't been the case so far this season, even in the first meeting between these two teams. This time around, however, he is going to tear up the Cowboys' defense and put up massive numbers to lead his teams offense.

3. Matt Cassel Throws for Three Touchdowns

Ever since Tony Romo went down with a broken collarbone, the Cowboys' offense has been awful. They haven't had a quarterback look even remotely dangerous, but that will change this week. Matt Cassel will throw for three touchdown passes this week and will give his team a good chance to come away with a huge divisional win to snap their losing streak.

4. Chip Kelly Benches Sam Bradford for Mark Sanchez

Sam Bradford has been struggling throughout the start of the 2015 season and Chip Kelly finally will bench him in favor of Mark Sanchez. Throughout the latter part of last season, Sanchez looked great in the Philadelphia offense. Making that switch won't be easy for the Eagles, but if Bradford gets off to a slow start it will happen.

5. Dallas Cowboys Snap Their Losing Streak

Coming into this week's game, there is no question that the Cowboys are in desperate need for a win. That is exactly what they are going to get this week and against a division rival nonetheless. Dallas will finally give their fans something to cheer about again, mainly because Dez Bryant will be back on the field at close to full strength again.

Overview

This game could go either way, but the Cowboys are getting the best player back on the field in Bryant. Cassel will do just enough to get the job done and the Eagles have too many holes. It should come down to the fourth quarter, but our money is on the Cowboys finally picking up another win.
