5 Bold Predictions for New York Jets vs. Tennessee Titans in NFL Week 14

The New York Jets will host the Tennessee Titans in NFL Week 14 action. What five bold predictions can be made for the game and what should fans be on the lookout for throughout the game?

1. Ryan Fitzpatrick Throws for 300 Yards, Three Touchdowns

One of the biggest surprises of the 2015 NFL season has been the play of Jets' quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. He has led the New York offense very well and will continue doing so this week against an inconsistent Tennessee defense. Fitzpatrick will throw for at least 300 yards and three touchdowns in the game and will be a major difference maker for the Jets.

2. Marcus Mariota Will Total 400 Yards, Three Touchdowns

Now that Marcus Mariota has figured out how to use his legs as a weapon against opposing defenses, he is a much more dangerous quarterback. He will show why this week by totaling 400 yards and three touchdowns. Those numbers are going to be tough to achieve, but there is no question that Mariota is capable of getting there.

3. Chris Ivory Rushes for 100+ Yards and Two Touchdowns

At the beginning of the season, Chris Ivory appeared to be one of the top running backs in the NFL. He has cooled off since then, but there is no question that he is still capable of bouncing back and putting up big numbers again. Ivory will rush for 100 yards at least this week and will score two touchdowns against a poor Tennessee defense.

4. Dorial Green-Beckham Will Once Again Perform Like a Star

After finally showing flashes of brilliance last week for the Titans, Dorial Green-Beckham is going to put up another big week. He was drafted to be a potential No. 1 target for Mariota and he is beginning to develop into that type of a threat. Green-Beckham will once again perform like a star this week and the Titans will see him come thorugh with a huge game.

5. New York Jets Pull Out a Win to Improve to 8-5 on the Season

There is no question that the Jets are the better all-around football team and should come through with a big win. Tennessee is headed in the right direction, but they simply aren't quite there yet. New York should pull out a win to improve to 8-5 on the season and work their way farther into the AFC playoff picture.
