The Pittsburgh Steelers are set to host the Denver Broncos in NFL Week 15 action on Sunday. What five bold predictions can be made for the game and what should fans be on the lookout for throughout the game?
1. Ben Roethlisberger Throws for 300 Yards, Four Touchdowns
Denver has a beat up defense, which bodes well for Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers' offense to have a big game. There are few quarterbacks capable of putting up the big production that Roethlisberger is capable of putting up and Pittsburgh is playing with extreme confidence. Mike Tomlin will put the football in the air quite a bit this week and Roethlisberger should perform very well.
2. Brock Osweiler Continues Playing Solid Brand of Football
Seeing Peyton Manning go down with an injury scared Broncos' fans to death. Brock Osweiler was the next man up and he has come in and played an impressive brand of football. He will continue doing so this week against a tough Pittsburgh defense and will continue proving that he is the future at the quarterback position for the Broncos.
3. Antonio Brown Terrorizes the Denver Secondary
There is no question that Antonio Brown is one of the top wide receivers in the NFL and is by far one of the biggest playmakers in the league as well. He will show off all of those playmaking skills this week and will terrorize the Denver defense. Pittsburgh is going to need some big plays, which is exactly where Brown will come into play.
4. Denver's Running Game Gets Going and Balances Offense
One thing that Denver has needed to do much more consistently is getting their running game going. They need it to balance the offense with Osweiler through the air and it will get going this week against Pittsburgh. Ronnie Hillman and C.J. Anderson are both more than capable backs and will put together a good game this week.
5. Denver Pulls Out Another Huge Victory
Going on the road and playing in Pittsburgh is never easy to do, but the Broncos are going to pull off a win this week. Pittsburgh will make it a close game all the way through, but the Broncos will make enough plays to pull off the road victory. Denver is looking to prove that they are still a legitimate Super Bowl contender moving forward and will do just that this week.
