Indianapolis Colts vs. New Orleans Saints: 5 Bold Predictions in NFL Week 7

As the Indianapolis Colts get set to take on the New Orleans Saints in NFL Week 7, what five bold predictions can be made for the game and what should fans be on the lookout for?

1. Andrew Luck Comes Out Firing with Another Huge Game

Last week was a huge breakout game for Andrew Luck against the New England Patriots and he is ready to keep that going against a very soft Saints' secondary. Indianapolis finally looked like a dangerous offense last week, but there is still a long way to go this season. Luck will come back firing this week and is going to come through with a huge game for the Colts as they look to get back above .500 on the season.

2. Willie Snead Has a Huge Game in Return to Indiana

One of the bigger surprises for the Saints this season has been the play of wide receiver Willie Snead. He came out of Ball State University and is making his return back to Indiana. Snead is going to have quite a few fans come out and support him at Lucas Oil Stadium and will reward them for coming out with a huge game for the Saints against a fairly inconsistent Colts' secondary.

3. Indianapolis Forces At Least Two Turnovers

If the Colts want to get back to being considered a legitimate Super Bowl contender in the AFC, they are going to need to figure out how to gets stop on defense. They have the defensive talent to be a very dangerous unit and will show that by forcing at least two turnovers this week against the Saints. That being said, New Orleans is still going to be able to move the football and force the Colts' offense to put up big numbers to beat them.

4. Drew Brees Shreds the Indianapolis Secondary

New Orleans isn't being given a huge chance to pull out a big win on the road this week, but Drew Brees has a chance to make that happen. Brees is still one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and is going to shred a very inconsistent Indianapolis secondary. There is still an uphill battle to be fought by the Saints, but having Brees under center gives them a chance.

5. The Colts Pull Out a Big Win and Improve to 4-3

Obviously the biggest bold prediction that can be made about any game is what the outcome of that game will be. Indianapolis is the better all-around football team and Luck finally looked more like himself last week. They are going to come out strong and will get a big win against a Saints' team that is playing a very confident brand of football.

All of that being said, this game could turn out a lot different than we are expecting and the Saints could come away with a huge win.

These two teams are both playing with a sense of urgency and they both have star quarterbacks. They also both have issues defensively and solid running backs. Indianapolis simply has a bit more "star" talent on their side and that should propel them forward to a big win.
