While Kim Kardashian's baby bump has been on full display recently, Kanye West's pregnant wife is said to be worried about the physical shape her first child, North, is in these days. Meanwhile, Kim has seemingly come to terms with her bigger body for the time being -- explaining that by the end of the day there is no stopping her belly from popping out.
