The Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks are set to face off in NFL Week 13 action. What five bold predictions can be made for the game and what should fans be on the lookout for throughout the game?
1. Adrian Peterson Racks Up Another 150-Yard, Two Touchdown Game
One of the biggest surprise MVP candidates this season is Minnesota running back Adrian Peterson, who has come back from a year off to return to stardom. He has put up big numbers each week and is beginning to look even better as the season moves forward. Peterson will rack up another 150-yard and two touchdown game this week against a tough Seattle defense.
2. Thomas Rawls Goes Off for 100+ Yards, Two Touchdowns
On the other side of the field from Adrian Peterson will be Thomas Rawls, who has been stepping up in a big way in relief of Marshawn Lynch. He is likely the future at running back for the Seahawks and he will prove that one more time this week. Rawls will go off for at least 100 yards and two touchdowns this week and will help carry his teams offense.
3. Stefon Diggs Catches at Least Two Touchdown Passes Over 20 Yards
Minnesota has failed to have a big play wide receiver and legitimate No. 1 target for quite some time. Stefon Diggs will prove that he is indeed that guy for the Vikings with at least two touchdown receptions of 20 yards or more this week. Putting up that production against the Seattle defense isn't going to be easy, but he is more than capable of doing so.
4. Russell Wilson Throws for 325 Yards, Four Touchdowns
Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson has been on an absolute tear over the past couple of weeks. He is one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL when he plays to his full potential and will continue doing so this week. Wilson will throw for 325 yards and four touchdowns and will put his team in an excellent position to come away with a huge road victory.
5. Seattle Moves Further Into the Playoff Picture with a Huge Win
Minnesota is a quality football team, but the Seahawks are going to come into town and pull out a huge win. Wilson is going to go off and the offense will put up enough production to take home the win and improve to 7-5 on the season. There is no question that the Vikings are a playoff team, but this isn't going to be their best week.
