The Philadelphia Eagles will host the Miami Dolphins this week in NFL Week 10 action. What five bold predictions can be made for the game and what should fans be on the lookout for throughout the game?
1. DeMarco Murray Will Rush for 125+ Yards and Two Touchdowns
One of the biggest free agent signings of last offseason was DeMarco Murray leaving the Dallas Cowboys in order to sign with the Philadelphia Eagles. He has struggled a bit to start the season, but will break out this week against the Dolphins. Murray will rush for at least 125 yards and two touchdowns and be the workhorse for the Philadelphia offense.
2. Ryan Tannehill Comes Out on Fire and Puts Up Big Numbers
Miami was hoping to see Ryan Tannehill come out and have a massive season and he hasn't disappointed. He may not be putting up superstar numbers, but he has looked much better in the pocket and the mental side of his game has grown in a big way. Tannehill will continue his good season with a good game against the Philadephia defense this week.
3. Sam Bradford Continues to Struggle
Chip Kelly went out and traded Nick Foles for Sam Bradford this past offseason, but the trade has not been working out for the Eagles. Bradford has been struggling this season, although he has shown some flashes of brilliance. His struggles will continue this week against a tough Miami defense, although he might not lose the game for his team.
4. Lamar Miller Will Record 150 Total Yards, Two Touchdowns
Lamar Miller has been a dominant force for the Dolphins' offense all season long and that will continue this week. He will record at least 150 total yards and two touchdowns. There are very few offenses that have a weapon out of the backfield that can put up numbers on the ground or through the air and will show that skill-set this week.
5. Miami Comes Away with a Big Win
Heading on the road against the Eagles is never an easy task for any team, but the Dolphins are going to come out with a huge win. Tannehill will put up big numbers and Miller will be a big threat as well. Miami's defense is going to step up in a big way as well and will help shut down the Philadelphia offense that has already been struggling this season.
Overview
Expect this game to come down to the wire and for the Dolphins to make the necessary plays down the stretch. Philadelphia has a very talented team, but Miami is playing better at this point in the season. It could go either way, but our money is on the Dolphins picking up a huge road win.
