For months now it seems that the supermarket tabloids have been claiming that Robert Pattinson is very near calling off his engagement to girlfriend FKA Twigs. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Twilight star is moving on since sidelining their wedding plans and is now dating Sienna Miller. Word has it that the Lost City of Z costars are doing their best to keep their new romance quiet, but the rest of the cast and crew can see that Tom Sturridge's loss is Pattison's gain.
While things have reportedly been falling apart in Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs' relationship for a hot minute, the Hollywood heartthrob is said to fast be growing close to his The Lost City of Z costar, Sienna Miller.
One source in the latest October 5, issue of Star magazine claims that everyone on the set has figured out that something is definitely going on between the pair behind-the-scenes, despite Pattinson's attempts to keep the romance seret:
"Rob has been a delightful distraction for Sienna [who broke up with her fiancé, Tom Sturridge, earlier this year].
"They're spending a lot of time hanging out in each other's trailers and often meet up for a late-night pub run.
"They're both treading carefully, but the cast and crew are picking up on the mutual attraction."
According to the informant, it's doubtful that those closest to them are going to be too shocked when they find out about Robert and Sienna's new romance:
"They've been on and off for months. They fight. Rob threatened to break up with her and Twigs dares him to.
"But now, with Sienna in the picture, no one would be surprised is he made good on his threat."
Although those rumors are certainly entertaining, it seems highly unlikely that Pattinson is ready to walk away from Twigs just yet.
In addition to always having nothing but the nicest things to say about his would-be bride, Robert recently talked to NME about how utterly confounding he finds the racist comments made about her (via Us Weekly):
"I was talking to my dad about this and I bet him that if he looked up Nelson Mandela's funeral on YouTube, the first comment would be a racist one.
"And it was, with like a million upvotes. What I don't get is why. I think it's because most normal people are not commenters -- I've never met anyone who's left a comment on anything."
At this stage in the game, however, Pattison has learned that it is best not to try to combat the negative news made up about him no matter how nasty it gets:
"You have this weird thing where you end up trying to fight against this faceless blob, where the more you hate it, the bigger it gets, because it's all in your head."
What do you think about the possibility of Robert Pattinson possibly dating Sienna Miller behind FKA Twigs back?
Is that just more tabloid nonsense?
Or, does it just make sense that they would wind up being each other's rebound romance?
