It sounds like things are all but over between Twilight actor Robert Pattinson and his girlfriend, FKA Twigs. According to the latest gossip news updates, the engaged couple have not officially called off their wedding, but they are said to hardly even be speaking while Kristen Stewart's ex-husband is away filming Brad Pitt's new movie, The Lost City of Z. Although there is a lot of talk about the couple eventually splitting up, some folks suggest the Robert and his fiancé aren't feuding at all, they are just genuinely too busy to keep in touch.
Although they certainly haven't made any kind of official announcement, Robert Pattinson is said to be growing less and less interested in marrying his fiancé, FKA Twigs.
The insider that spoke to People claims that things definitely aren't going well with their having to work halfway around the world form each other, but they aren't finished just yet:
"They've definitely drifted and have barely spoken while he's in Belfast and she's been in the States...[but] they haven't called off the engagement."
One source in the latest September 14, issue of Star even claimed to overhear FKA complaining about how upset she was with Pattinson at L.A.'s Standard Hotel August 23:
"It sounded and felt to me like she and Rob had recently had it out.
"She was saying that he was mad she was being too sexy and she wanted him to be for understanding of her art.
"She ever called Rob 'needy' and 'overprotective' -- and I noticed she wasn't wearing the ring that everyone has assumed was her engagement band."
As telling as that all sounds, E! News inside informant insists that Rob and FKA are still very much a happy couple -- even if they do sometimes go weeks without talking to one another:
"They haven't drifted apart [despite claims], but they haven't spoken as much lately because of his filming schedule.
"There isn't a rush to get married. Fall plans turned into winter plans and now there are no specific plans, but they still plan on getting married."
