Watch Trailer: 'Captain America: Civil War' Amazes in the First Teaser Footage We Have Seen

The first trailer for the highly-anticipated film Captain America: Civil War has hit the internet, and it is full of amazing footage. We finally have a grasp on why this film is another Captain America film, and not Avengers 3.

Did any of you really have your doubts? Captain America: Civil War looks to wow audiences with a storyline that will turn the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe on its head. The trailer looks fantastic! The film will pit Iron Man up against Captain America in a face-off of beliefs. After the events of Avengers Age of Ultron, the governments of the world want to have more control over the superheroes. Iron Man sides with the government and thinks that regulation is needed, while Cap thinks that the government shouldn't have that much control.

This will inevitable cause a rift between these two allies, and the Marvel heroes are forced to pick sides. The trailer has a lot to take in. We see the trouble brewing between Tony and Cpt. Rogers, and also get to see some of the reasons why Cap takes the side that he does. It is personal for him, and this reason (involving Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier) looks to be the motivating factor of the film. Check out the trailer below:

This footage is amazing! There are brief scenes of Black Panther fighting The Winter Soldier (this is our first look at The Black Panther, and his outfit looks great), Cap and TWS fighting Iron Man, and a whole ton of security soldiers getting whipped up on. This film will also touch on the relationship between The Scarlet Witch and The Vision, something that up until this film was only in the comic books. This is one of the big things that I am interested in seeing.

There is a little rumor swirling around the internet that Spider-Man is seen in the trailer. Rest assured that he is not, and you shouldn't waste your time trying to find him. It is just a guy in a red shirt. So, whose side are you gonna choose? The teams are set, and after this film things will never be the same in the Marvel Cinematic Universe again.

Captain America: Civil War will hit theaters on May 6.
