The long awaited full-length trailer for Zoolander 2, aptly titled 2oolander is here and it looks brilliant. Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller are back in this sequel that stop you in your tracks, like a glam look to a ninja star.
This film looks great! Paramount Pictures has been secretly working on this film, and now the entire world can feast your eyes on its brilliance. Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are back as Derek and Hansel, two dimwitted models who have aged and have lost their fame over the last ten years. This is not the 'Blue Steel' that we all remember, or is it?
When the world's most beautiful people begin to die, Interpol and Penelope Cruz bring in the dynamic duo to solve this mystery. They must infiltrate the world of European high fashion to solve this caper, a place that neither of them have seen in a long time. Although the world of high fashion is their home, it has changed over the last decade. Will Derek and Hansel be welcomed back into the fold? When they get there, they will find a very familiar adversary behind the murders. Check out the trailer below.
There is a lot of great things going on in this trailer! I can't even begin to fathom how excited I am for 2oolander! The trailer takes us on a full plot set up that ends with the perfect villain setup, a familiar face, Will Ferrell Mugatu. Back are the crazy puns, the bold humor directed at fashion and the people involved in it, back is Owen Wilson in a role he was meant to play, and back is Stiller with that hilarious accent.
This trailer shows us a few new characters in the film. We get to see Kristen Wiig, who appears to be a main character in the film, but is definitely not looking like herself. There are two key things in the trailer that I loved the most. The first one is the killing of Justin Bieber. I think that his ability to fight back is a bit over exaggerated, but the selfie death is great. The final one is Benedict Cumberbatch, as, hmmm, I don't know. Is there a hot dog or the buns? We will have to wait until the film hits theaters on February 12th to find out!
