The Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals will face off on Sunday Night Football in NFL Week 10 action. What five bold predictions can be made for the game and what should fans be on the lookout for throughout the game?
1. Russell Wilson Records 300 Total Yards and Three Touchdowns
Seattle has to come up with a win this week against the Cardinals if they want any chance of winning the division. Russell Wilson is the leader of the team and is going to put up big numbers. He will record 300 total yards between the air and on the ground and will also score at least three touchdowns.
2. Chris Johnson Rushes for 100+ Yards and Two Touchdowns
One of the biggest surprises throughout the 2015 NFL season so far has been the play of Chris Johnson. He has been an absolute beast for the Cardinals on the ground and will continue his big season tonight against a tough Seattle defense. Johnson will rush for at least 100 yards if not more and will score at least two touchdowns for the Cardinals.
3. Seattle's Defense Forces at Least Three Turnovers
Carson Palmer has been having an impressive season, but Seattle is going to bring a lot of pressure at him tonight. That pressure will lead to rushed decisions, which should lead to a few turnovers. We're going to go ahead and predict that Seattle's defense forces at least three turnovers, which could be a major difference maker in the game.
4. Larry Fitzgerald Totals 90+ Yards and Two Touchdowns
The re-emergence of Larry Fitzgerald has been huge for Arizona this season and he has no plans to slow down. He has caught 55 passes for 706 yards and seven touchdowns this season and he will continue improving those numbers tonight. Fitzgerald will come through with at least 90 receiving yards and two touchdowns to help give his team some offensive production.
5. Seattle Carves Out a Huge Win at Home
As we mentioned before, this is as close to a must-win game as the Seahawks can get at this point in the season. Wilson and company are going to respond well and come through with a huge win on their home field. Arizona will make it an entertaining and close game, but the Seahawks are going to make the plays down the stretch to pull out the win.
Overview
Expect to see these two teams play an even game and for the game to come down to the final few minutes. The Cardinals simply don't have quite as much talent on the field as the Seahawks will at any given moment. Wilson and Marshawn Lynch are going to be tough for the Cardinals' defense to handle, while the Seahawks still have one of the most star-studded defenses in the league.
