While Justin Bieber has understandably been working hard to garner attention for release of his new album, Purpose, some fans are questioning his decision to mention his livestreaming event in a Twitter post addressing the recent tragedy in Paris. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Biebs wrote that he was going through with the event to "bring some light" to the people directly affected by the terrorist attack by way of his smooth vocals. Word has it that One Direction's Niall Horan has been feuding with Bieber leading up to the simultaneous release of their albums, but it is doubtful that the boy bander will mention Made in the A.M. in relation to the massacre in France.
Right now most of the world is still in shock following the unthinkable events that transpired in France today, but Justin Bieber is hoping that it won't affect their appetite for his infectious pop hooks.
As his fellow celebrities were taking to Twitter to express their outrage at the tragedy and lend their support to the victims, Bieber thought it best to suggest that they try to find comfort by listening to his new album, Purpose, which was released earlier in the day (via Billboard):
"We decided we are going to continue with the livestream at 6PM to hopefully bring some light & hope to those hurting."
Although a recent report by the Hollywood Life notes that Justin is determined to out-promote Niall Horan of One Direction, some of the Biebs fans noted their disappointment with Justin's decision to seemingly exploit the terrorist attack in Paris to promote a Purpose related event.
What do you think of Justin Bieber using the massacre in France to promote his new album?
Does that just prove that Justin has a long way to go before he finally grows up?
Or, should the Biebs be given a break being that he probably didn't understand just how many Parisians were senselessly murdered when he sent of his tweet?
Let us hear what you have to say about it in the comment field below.
