While most of their fans are probably pleased to see Nick Cannon hanging out with his kids at Mariah Carey's recent Halloween party, Wendy Williams is suspicious. According to the latest gossip news updates, BET's late night TV talk show host thinks Nick is just hanging around his ex-wife to throw it in the face of her new billionaire boyfriend, James Packer. Although Wendy's loyal following continues to grow, Lil Scrappy recently slammed the bewigged gossip queen on Instagram for disparaging the black race. Unfortunately, for the 31-year-old "Gangsta, Gangsta" rapper, Wendy just extended her contract into 2022.
Being that Nick Cannon has gone out of his way to assure the public that his divorce from Mariah Carey will remain amicable no matter what, Wendy Williams admits that she had a hard time understanding his strategy until she realized that it was just a clever ruse.
In her latest contribution to the November 23, issue of Life & Style, Wendy calls Cannon out for clearly using his relationship with Mariah to taunt her new boyfriend:
"I've got Nick Cannon figured out. When I first heard he attended Mariah Carey's Halloween party, the same party her boyfriend James Packer, attended, I was shocked. It must be awkward knowing your ex is with someone else. B
"But then it hit me: Nick probably wanted James to get the message that he's inherited his old problem: Mariah, of course!
"Not to mention single Nick must have load being able to leave to go do his own thing while Mariah was off entertaining her boyfriend...Nick you're not fooling me!"
Chances are Lil Scrappy won't take kindly to Wendy's talking about Nick and Mariah but leaving James Packer largely out of it.
In a recent Instagram rant, the Atlanta rapper blasted Williams for consistently putting black people, while supposedly praising "all the other races" (via Design Trend):
"She went against Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad already and now she [sic] just sh*tted on the black women on Married to Medicine and then talk bad and downplay @missymisdemeanorelliott.
"She still bashing blacks and say all the great things about all the other races.
"Love you cause you're black but hate the way you act."
Despite, Lil Scrappy's protests it looks like Wendy Williams reign of terror is destined to continue for at least another 7-years.
In a recent report, Deadline broke the news that the well-known gossip queen would more than likely be keeping her show, regardless of any ugly things Bill Cosby might have said about her:
"The Lionsgate-owned Debmar-Mercury's syndicated The Wendy Williams Show, which continues to pull in strong ratings, so far is scheduled to run through the 2016-17 television season."
