Despite Halle Berry's being 49-years-old with two kids, Wendy Williams doesn't think the Extant actress should waste any time being single in the wake of her divorce from husband, Olivier Martinez. According to BET's bewigged talk show host, Halle needs to focus all her attention on finding herself a new boyfriend just as soon as possible. Wendy also had some advice for Kourtney Kardashian as she deals with Scott Disick latest stint in rehab. Williams recently mentioned that she thought it was abhorrent for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star to let her mother, Kris, take her children to see their father, while he was still receiving treatment for his substance abuse.
Apparently, Wendy Williams thinks it's a real shame that someone as sexy and successful as Halle Berry should go without a man in her life for even a second.
In her latest November 15, contribution to Life & Style magazine, Williams advices the Cat Woman superstar that the first thing she needs to do now that she is single again is find a man:
"I'm sad Halle Berry is divorcing her third husband, Olivier Martinez. Let me be real: Halle is one of the most successful women in Hollywood, but she isn't successful at keeping a man.
"I think all of these guys just have a hard time dating an alpha female. But I don't think that means she should swear off guys or be single for a while. Halle is 49, she has two kids and she's not getting any younger.
"As the say, the best way to get over a man is to get under another -- and I say go got it, Halle!"
Being that Kourtney Kardashian is more than a decade younger than Halle, it seems that Wendy thinks she still has time to find her next man and should instead focus her attention on her kids.
After hearing that Kris Jenner has taken her grandchildren to visit Scott Disick in rehab, Wendy took Kourtney to task for not establishing proper boundaries:
"The kids are way too you to be in that kind of environment.
"If I was her mom, I would tell them their daddy's gone away on business.
"Kourtney let your kids FaceTime scot instead!"
Despite the fact that her commenting on the latest gossip often leaves her at odds the celebrities in questions, Wendy actually attributes her success to her ability to relate to everyone (via HuffingtonPost):
"Much like Obama winning the White House, you cannot just deal with your base -- black women and gay men.
"You've got to learn to bend a little bit to expand, but you can't alienate your people."
"It is difficult to not leave behind that 30-year-old black woman who has listened to me since she was 10...But yes, I want to have Sarah Jessica Parker on the show."
