Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions NFL Week 10 Preview, TV Schedule, Prediction

The Green Bay Packers will host the Detroit Lions in an NFC North rivalry matchup this week. Where can you find a preview for the game, the TV schedule and a prediction? We have all of that right here for you.

Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are in desperate need of coming up with a win this week against the Lions. They have dropped back-to-back games against the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers and are now in a heated fight against the Minnesota Vikings. That pressure alone should make the Packers pick things up this week.

Detroit hasn't been a legitimate contender at all this season and are one of the worst teams in the NFL. Matthew Stafford has regressed in a major way and there is a lot of concern mounting in the Lions' organization. There is still plenty of talent for them to work with, but Green Bay definitely has an advantage coming into the game.

If you're looking to watch the game on TV, it will be televised on FOX at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Both of these teams are going to bring a little extra to the game this week due to the rivalry that they have. A division game always seems to bring out the best in teams.

There is absolutely no question that the Packers are the better all-around football team. They also have the best quarterback in the game on their side. Perhaps Mike McCarthy and the coaching staff will finally hand the starting running back role to James Starks and bench the struggling overweight version of Eddie Lacy.

Green Bay has one of the most dynamic offenses in the game, while the Lions have one of the worst defenses. On the other side of things, the Packers have a playmaking defense capable of getting to the quarterback while the Lions have a major turnover problem.

Predicting this game certainly isn't that difficult with the talent gap between the two teams. Simply looking at the records of the teams is an easy way to predict this game.

Our money is on Green Bay coming out and giving the Lions an angry beat-down. Rodgers and the Packers are fed up with the last two losses that they have had and are going to come out with fury. Detroit simply isn't that good of a football team and they will not be able to stop the Packers.

Prediction: Green Bay 35, Detroit 17
