Tonight the hit CW, DC Comics, series The Flash is all new. Last week Earth-2’s Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) made his presence known on Earth-1, when he saved The Flash/Barry Allen (Grant Gustin). Now, Cavanagh is opening up about his return to the series, and his relationship with Earth-2 Flash, Jay Garrick. Check the report below to see what Earth-2’s Harrison Wells is like.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of The Flash, titled “The Darkness and the Light,: reads:
“Barry learns a new breacher, Dr. Light, has come through the portal and sets off to capture her. During a fight with the Flash, she blinds him and drops some shocking news about Zoom. Meanwhile, Barry and Patty go out on a date.”
Tom Cavanagh recently spoke to TVLine about the Earth-2 Harrison Wells’ and his relationship with Jay Garrick:
“In the same way we had a push me/pull you relationship last year between The Flash and Harrison, [Jay and Wells] have… I don’t know if the word ‘similar’ applies, but we certainly do have a relationship. You’ve taken two of the larger personalities from Earth-One and you’ve put them together [in Season 1], and this season you’ve taken two of the larger personalities from Earth-Two and put them together. The viewers won’t be disappointed.”
