ESPN Tweets Embarrasing Aaron Rodgers Statistic Following Green Bay Packers' Loss to Broncos

Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers lost to the Denver Broncos in embarrassing fashion and ESPN proceeded to throw even more embarrassment on Rodgers and posted an embarrassing statistic for Rodgers after the game.

ESPN posted up the disappointing and embarrassing news that the 77 yards that Rodgers threw for throughout the entire game against Denver were the lowest yards he had ever thrown for in his career.

The picture of Rodgers in the tweet tells you all that you need to know about how he felt about the game.

Green Bay's offense simply never got going against the Broncos' defense. Whether it was because the wide receivers couldn't find space against the Denver secondary or whether the pass rush got through the offensive line to force a hurried throw, Rodgers couldn't make plays. He made a couple plays with his legs, but that wasn't enough to put points on the board.

If the Packers are going to get back on track and retake their seat at the top of the NFC, they have to figure out how to protect Rodgers. The receivers also have to figure out how to get open against quality secondaries.

Jordy Nelson was missed in a huge way tonight and the Packers can only wish that he could come back from his torn ACL next week. Davante Adams returned to the field, but simply couldn't do anything. Randall Cobb was covered well all night and James Jones failed to make any kind of a difference.

Rodgers faced adversity last season and came up with the R-E-L-A-X response, which could be the case once again this year. Green Bay has the talent to turn their season back around, but this loss and performance against the Broncos opened eyes to the flaws that Green Bay has and how to beat them.

Expect to see a motivated version of Rodgers next week as the Packers look to get back in the win column against the Carolina Panthers on the road.
