Fantasy Football Impact Players
Peyton Manning - Obviously Peyton Manning is a must start player for the Broncos and is expected to have a big game. Denver is going to put the football in his hands throughout the entire game and will allow him to go to work. Manning is a must start each and every week.
C.J. Anderson - Another obvious start for the Broncos is C.J. Anderson, who has been a top running back in most fantasy football drafts. He is going to be fed the football quite a bit as well and will put up solid numbers. If you have him in your league, make sure that he is in your lineup.
Demaryius Thomas - Denver has three must play players in their lineup this week and star receiver Demaryius Thomas is the third one. He will be Manning's go-to target all afternoon long and is poised for a big game. Thomas is one of the best fantasy producers in the league and is a must start.
Justin Forsett - Baltimore running back Justin Forsett is a good play this week as well, although Denver's defense is very solid. He will be asked to shoulder a fairly heavy load all season long and should come through with a good week 1 performance.
Steve Smith - This is the final season for veteran receiver Steve Smith and he is going to be the primary wide receiver for Joe Flacco. Denver's pass defense is excellent, but Smith will still find a way to put up good fantasy football production. He can be used as a deep threat or in the short game, which makes him more dangerous than most receivers.
Broncos vs. Ravens Week 1 Prediction: Denver 35, Baltimore 24
While the Ravens are going to put up a fight, the Broncos are simply a better football team. Manning is going to find ways to shred through the Baltimore secondary and Anderson is an incredibly dangerous running back option. Baltimore will likely hang with the Broncos for the majority of the game, but the better team will end up pulling out the victory.
