According to the latest gossip news updates, the "Bad Blood" beauty is dying to get pregnant, but first insists that she and the 31-year-old DJ must get married. This time last year Taylor Swift had reportedly sworn off dating men in order to escape the constant public ridicule and inevitable disappointment that every romantic relationship seem to bring, but now that she has Calvin Harris in her life, she can dare to dream again.
A friend of Swift's told Hollywood Life that the beloved popstar had all but given up on ever settling down with her very own Prince Charming, until in walked Calvin:
"She went through this stage for a couple of years where she'd given up on getting married and having a family...She felt like it just wasn't in the cards for her. But that was just because she didn't think she could have it all.
"Falling in love with Calvin has made her believe it's possible.
"She's back to talking about having kids again, she wants to have a bunch of kids with Calvin."
One source in the latest August 24, issue of Life & Style notes that in the past, moving on to making baby plans so early in the relationship would cause things to go sideways, but Calvin is said to be just as jazzed about having kids as Swift:
"Calvin is excited too...[They] are hoping for a boy first and then a little girl, and they are already talking about names."
According to L&S informant, however, Taylor insists that before she is going to have a baby with any man, he is going to have to marry her:
"Taylor says it's a very 1950s way of doing things, but that's what she wants.
"Calvin and Taylor are looking at a wedding in 2016 and kids by 2017."
