Katrina Kaif Called Old by Bollywood Costar Sidharth Malhotra

It is Ranbir Kapoor's fault would seem to be the general consensus. He is bad luck, some might say. Ever since he proposed to Katrina Kaif, she has fallen into a string of bad luck. Coincidental perhaps but thought provoking. Katrina Kaif is beautiful, a star actress and gets paid a lot of money for playing pretend. Despite her appearance though, Kaif is not a goddess. She is human and subject to the slings and arrows that come with membership, which in Kaif's instance includes fellow Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra inferring she was old, even though he is only two years her junior. She is also at bitter odds with Anurag Basu, director of the upcoming film Kaif is doing with fiancé Kapoor, Jagga Jasoos.

Reportedly, Kaif is upset about the comments but hasn't commented publicly about them. In a recent interview with the website Pinkvilla, Malhotra downplayed her anger, "We just did the look test for the film and Katrina hasn't told me about it so I would believe the way she behaves with me which is so far so good." Also from the same article, Malhotra noted, "he doesn't need to apologize to Katrina Kaif since the Bollywood actress is not mad at him and they shared a good rapport."

As if that wasn't enough, Kaif and Jagga Jasoos director Anurag Basu have had their own rows and husband-to-be Ranbir Kapoor is caught in the middle because he is good friends with Basu. According to IB Times, "Kaif is sick of the constant reshoots on the film and refused to do anymore, leading to a confrontation with the director. Katrina then stormed off the set."

Proof positive, I guess, that even the beautiful people can go through rough patches.
