They might not have had the best of relationships back when she was Bruce, but Caitlyn Jenner is said to empathize with Scott Disick something fierce since his split with her former stepdaughter, Kourtney Kardashian. According to the latest gossip news updates, the rest of the Keeping Up with the Kardashian's clan fight not be on speaking terms with the hard partying father-of-three, but the iconic Olympian knows what it's like to divorce one of those ladies. Word has it that after having everyone from Kris to Kim Kardashian walk all over her during their time together, Caitlyn is ready to side with someone outside the reality TV show family for a change.
Ever since Scott Disick was dumped by longtime Keeping Up with the Kardashians girlfriend, Kourtney K, folks have been lining up around the block to bad mouth hard partying reality star, but his former father-in-law isn't said to be among them.
One source in the latest August 3, issue of Life & Style magazine claims that Caitlyn sees this latest rift between Scoot and Kourtney as her first chance in a longtime to gain an anti-Kardashian ally:
"Caitlyn understands what Scott is going through.
"As Bruce, she felt emasculated in the Kardashian world for so long...Now she's ready to take sides against them."
According to the informant, Caitlyn isn't just looking to talk to Scott because she'd like someone to bad mouth their old family with -- Jenner genuinely cares what happens to Disick:
"She's worried about Scott because he is going through this difficult time without much support because both of his parents have passed away.
"Caitlyn reached out to Scott to tell him she is there for him."
For his part, Scott recently broke his radio silence following the public breakup -- telling Us Weekly that he was doing the best he can in the situation in which he now finds himself:
"[I'm] just taking it one day at a time.
"With everything going on right now, I need to be positive for myself."
The behind-the-scenes source that Star magazine spoke to this week, claims that part of Scott's keeping himself positive, included a over-the-top bachelor pad bash to celebrate his new found freedom:
"He spent tens of thousands of dollars to prepare his house and told all his friends to bring as many sexy women as possible.
"The reality is, Scott will never settle down and be faithful."
