Tao Removed From EXO Facebook Page, Is This the End of Association With Boy Band?

People are still holding onto the fact that Tao may someday return to EXO. The saga that has drug on for most of the year probably isn't going to end with an official statement from Tao and SM Entertainment that says, "April Fool's LOL!" Dismay has fallen over the segment of fans who still harbor hope that Tao and SM Entertainment will soon release that statement. Tao's name has been removed from the band's Facebook page, leaving many to start surmising that the act, more than any one act that has happened so far, signals the end of his association with the band.

Recently, Tao's removal from the band brought curious minds to the front door of SM Entertainment, They wanted to know what was up with that. Apparently, no one knew or realized that Tao, since May, has had no association whatsoever with the band. Although he never spoke publicly about his departure, it was all but decided, seemingly. According to Hollywood Take, "he removed the band's name from his bio, furthering rumors that he is quitting the band for good."

SM Entertainment went in denial mode once again -

"It cannot be confirmed whether Tao is staying or leaving. Negotiations are still ongoing," said the SM Entertainment Representative (via Koreaboo).

And then this came - (via KPopStarz) "The entertainment label then followed this up with a confirmation that despite Tao opening up his own agency in China, they were still working to come to a positive agreement.'We have heard the news of Tao's personal workshop. We are currently in discussion for an ongoing progressive direction,' explained a SM Entertainment Rep."
