Although that have been practically inseparable since they started dating a few months after Sofia Vergara split to former fiancé Nick Loeb, current boyfriend Joe Manganiello admits that he Modern Family bride-to-be did threaten to breakup with him on at least one occasion. According to the latest gossip news updates, Reese Witherspoon's Hot Pursuit costar was so concerned that Joe would continue to work out after injuring himself stripping on the Magic Mike XXL set that she warned him that even one trip to the gym would result in her walking out for good.
Sure, it's a lot of fun staring alongside Channing Tatum and the rest of the crew on Magic Mike XXL, but for Joe Manganiello there was a little more to it than just showing up every day as taking his clothes off.
In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Manganiello recalls one incident in which an over-the-top sex scene ended with his having to see a real-life doctor (via FoxNews):
"On take one of my finale routine, which we rehearsed and rehearsed and rehearsed and rehearsed, my dance partner did something unrehearsed, and the result was me hearing a loud rip and a pop...It was my bicep."
Joe explains that although he was able to finish the scene, Sofia, who was onset for erotic shoot, immediately let him know that if he thought he was just going to try to power through it like he usually does, he would have to do so with a new girlfriend:
