The shock of the week came when Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone said in an interview to Savvy magazine that she still has feelings for ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. In spite of being left by the Bollywood actor to take up with his current girlfriend Katrina Kaif, Deepika says she still has feelings for Ranbir. Doesn't Ranveer Singh feel like an ass now about roasting Ranbir and his recent film failures at the IIFA?
"Ranbir will always be a very important part of my life," Deepika declared. ''No matter how much we move on in our lives and no matter how comfortable we keep telling people we are working with each other, the question will keep coming up." She went on to say that they had a special bond that no one else can truly comprehend.
Of course, this probably went over like a ton of bricks with Ranveer Singh. Reports are that the two have been avoiding each other on the set of Bajiaro Mastani. According to Filmibeat, the atmosphere around the two has became noticeably chillier. On the set, Ranveer has been seen talking to Priyanka Chopra and totally ignoring Deepika. While they never officially admitted they were a couple, Deepika and Ranveer's personalities meshed well together.
As for Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, they have their own problems, as any couple does, but they are in the limelight. While he is in love with her at the moment and appreciates Katrina, things that are cute now won't be so in the distant future. One of those things? "Katrina is my critic. Of course and vehemently. If she doesn't like something, she'll rub it in my face. If she likes something, she will just pass one snide comment. She is not good with compliments, she loves to criticize."
How will he take that criticism in a few years time?
