Just a short while ago, it was being rumored the Rumer Willis' Dancing with the Stars pro-partner and Season 20 co-champion Val Chmerkovskiy was on Demi Moore's radar and the Striptease actress planned to team up with the accomplished violinist in Season 21 of the hit ABC TV show. According to the latest gossip news updates, Maxim's little brother has already promised himself to another when the series returns in 2015, however. Janel Parris former love interest recently explained that he would love to dance with Kim K's Keeping Up with the Kardashians' dad, Caitlyn Jenner, to show that he can turn even the most unlikely contestant into the next winner.
Just last week it was being reported that Rumer Willis was only reluctantly getting behind the idea of her mom, Demi Moore, possibly joining Dancing with the Stars to try to replicate her Season 20 win with Val Chmerkovskiy.
A source claiming to be close to Willis explained in Star that although wanted her mom to live her dreams, she didn't understand why they had to so resemble all of her own dreams (via HollywoodLife):
"Rumer doesn't get why her mom, who's already an A-list star, needs to try to outshine her."
"It's a little annoying for Rumer...but this is the first project she's seen her mom get excited about in years, and she wants her to be happy."
Fortunately it looks Rumer may not have to worry about her mom trying to relive her former reality TV glory with Val too soon, as Chmerkovskiy is currently preoccupied with trying to persuade a more relevant leading lady to join him in Season 21.
The Dancing with the Stars pro champ reveals in the June 29, issue of InTouch Weekly that he would love nothing more than to be teamed up with Caitlyn Jenner the next time he steps out on the ABC dancefloor:
"I'll be Cait's partner for sure.
"I've proven I can win the show, and I would love to have an opportunity to win it with somebody that no one else believes can do it.
"She and I don't match physically, but I volunteer.
"As long as you have the right energy, I am in it to win it."
After spending the vast majority of her life being praised and fawned over because of her good looks, perhaps it's high time that Demi Moore let some of the other girls have a turn in the limelight.
