‘RHOBH’ News: Kim Richards NOT Fired; Brandi Glanville Talks Season 5 Fakery?

Although word has gone out far and wide that Bravo producers finally decided that Kim Richards just had to be fired after she supposedly failed to report back to rehab following her meltdown in Mexico, word has it the Kyle's crazy sister isn't willing to give up on returning to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, just yet. According to the latest gossip news updates, Kim is now checking herself into a 2-year-long program at a sober living facility to convince her former bosses that she's already ready to come back to the TV show. Meanwhile, Brandi Glanville recently admitted to William Shatner that very often she and the rest of the cast members act out on the show, just because they know the cameras are on them.

Kim Richards knows that she absolutely made a mess of things at her daughter's wedding down in Mexica, but she still isn't quite ready to walk away from her reality TV gig without putting up a fight

One behind-the-scenes production source told Radar Online that Kim has gone so far to sign up for a long-term stay at a new sober living facility to try to proves to the producers that she's already well on her way to full recovery:

"Kim entered inpatient treatment late Wednesday night...It's a program that last up to two years!

"Her bosses were aware she was entering a long-term treatment program that allows her to work because she desperately wants to save the relationship with the network now,"

With any luck, Kim may soon be able to convince the powers that be at Bravo to let her back on the show, but one wonders if an environment where everyone agrees to act a little crazy is the best for Richards.

Brandi Glanville recently explained the ladies' working to dynamic to William Shatner on Brown Bag Taste Testing as a sort of an agreed temporary insanity for the sake of a heightened reality (via Inquisitr):

"Sometimes I feel like we all act out because, you know, like, when there's a camera on, we're like children.

"When you put a camera on them, everything's heightened and you act like a little crazy. You know, if you put a camera on my eight-year-old, he goes crazy for a second.

"I feel like, you know, we're a bunch of middle-aged women doing the same things."

It sounds like being a bit of an alcoholic would help with being on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, so let's hope that it all works out for Kim Richards in the end.
