At long last it appears that former country music child star LeAnn Rimes has managed to get pregnant with one of Eddie Cibrian's babies. According to the latest gossip news updates, the VH1 reality stars are keeping things under wraps for just a few more months before breaking their happy baby news to the world. In an even crazier turn of events, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville recently explained to William Shatner that she was happy to have had her ex-husband cheat on and eventually leave her for Rimes, because she feels that the years of her life she lost grieving that divorce made her a stronger person today.
After talking about wanting children on their now defunct VH1 reality show, word has it that Eddie Cibrian has actually gotten his wife, LeAnn Rimes, pregnant after all.
One source claiming to have all the inside deets explained to Star magazine that LeAnn and Eddie may be sitting on their happy news for a little while longer, but they were just as pregnant as they were duplicitous (via HollywoodLife):
"It's early so there's no bump...But the buzz is, she's pregnant!
"She's had positive pregnancy tests in the past, but it hasn't resulted in the happily-ever-after she so desperately wants.
"She couldn't handle the heartache of letting people know she miscarried."
Another happy informant told The Naughty Gossip that LeAnn and Eddie are elated about the news but are holding off painting any of their spare rooms pink or blue just yet (via CelebDirtyGossip):
"It's been a really tough tow for LeAnn and Eddie, they have been trying for years to have a child together with little luck.
"LeAnn found out just weeks ago that she's expecting, and couldn't be happier!
"She and Eddie are going to wait to find out the gender for now, though that was more LeAnn's decision and Eddie wants to know so he can prepare!"
As hard as it is to believe, Brandi Glanville may very well be the one in charge of throwing the baby shower later this year, now that she and her ex seem to have made up.
During a recent interview with William Shatner on Brown Bag Wine Tasting, Brandi explained that she had not only come to accept the pain that Eddie and LeAnn put her through -- she's learned to embrace it (via Us Weekly):
"It's almost like a death. You mourn, you die a little bit.
"It took me about a year to figure out that it had nothing to do with me...[but] It made me a better person to go through that."
Too bad it probably didn't have the same effect on the expecting couple.
