Is There a New 'Bleach' Anime Comeback in 2015? [SPOILERS]

Production of the anime version of wildly successful Bleach franchise stopped in 2012, with the end of the Fullbring arc. Though the fans of the anime weren't all that sad to see it go, due to its declining quality, they were still hopeful that sometime in the future, Ichigo and his friends would arise from the ashes and fill in their remaining journey as laid out in the manga. Is 2015 the year it will return? Spoilers below!

With the manga fast approaching its end, it looks as though a new batch of anime is set to be produced that will see us to the end of Ichigo and his friends' journey.

The problem with the anime previous to its 2012 break was they were far outpacing ceator Tite Kubo's output of new material. The anime team produced filler episodes to make do, while Kubo was busy producing new material. The episodes quickly became stale.

Now that there is a wishing well of new material to delve into, the excitement and vigor seems to be back for all concerned.

Here's what the manga has added to the story:

"Ichigo and the other Shinigami are under attack by the Quincy King Ywach and his Wandenreich. Having dispatched the Captain Commander of Soul Society, the Quincy have pretty much taken over the Shinigami home world.

"While Ichigo and the other prominent Soul Reapers have made major progress in the war with the Quincy, the Ywach has another sinister plan up his sleeve, to kill 'God.'

"While Aizen previously tried to gain access to this universe's God, Ywach has slipped into the God realm and is close to fulfilling his plan."

Planning for the anime is still in its early stages, but fans, no doubt, are intrigued.
