Despite the fact that Jonah Hill's sudden weight gain is said to be in support of his new pot smoking role in Arms and the Dudes, it has seemingly spiraled out of control. According to the latest gossip news updates, Hill's family and friends are frightened that Channing Tatum will never get to make another Jump Street movie with his chubby Wolf of Wall Street partner before keels over from a heart attack.
Wolf of Wall Street Oscar nominee Jonah Hill reportedly lost 40-pounds back in 2011 just by cutting out the fattiest foods from his daily diet -- telling ABC News at the time that once he started eating right the extra lbs. simply melted right off him(via HollywoodLife):
"It was just mostly diet. I wish there was some crazy thing that I did, like a pill or a genie or something."
Now that Hill is rumored to be gaining all the weight back and then some for his new movie, Arms and the Dudes, he isn't necessarily exercising the same sort of caution.
A source claiming to be in the know in Star Magazine's May 25, issue explained that now trhat Jonah had the new movie as an excuse, he is right back to eating all the unhealthy food that he gave up so long ago:
"He stated binging on food to gain all the weight, and he isn't stopping.
"Everyone thinks he should see a nutritionist, and he just keeps saying that there is nothing to worry about...But no one is buying it.
"The role is just giving him an excuse to indulge in fatty foods, and if he doesn't get help soon, he'll be a heart attack waiting to happen."
One nameless informant cited by Radar Online seconds that tragic sentiment -- explaining that it is beyond irresponsible to be caring on like Jonah has since gaining the chunky role:
"Jonah is eating again with reckless abandon.
"He is a brilliant comedic actor with decades ahead of him, but he has to get a handle on his health before he faces deadly consequences."
Maybe it's time that Jonah Hills retire working weight gain or loss into his character work -- the way Matt Damon eventually had to -- before he forces his friends and family to attend a funeral instead of another movie premiere.
