Billionaire Jessica Simpson Daisy Duke Workout Weight Loss Drugs Secret

Although she seems to have already worked off all the extra baby weight and then some, word has it that Daisy Duke is still absolutely obsessed with losing even more weight. According to the latest gossip news updates, Jessica has even started using ADHD prescription drug Adderall to help her shed those last unwanted ounces. It was reported at the beginning of the month that her sister, Ashlee, and the rest of the family did their best to stage a secret intervention, but the billionaire fashion mogul was no more ready to go to rehab than Amy Winehouse.

Anyone who might have thought that Jessica Simpson's return to her pre-pregnancy size was some sort of Weight Watchers miracle might be surprised to know that the mother of two has been accused of using prescription stimulant, Adderall, in her quest to achieve the perfect body.

A concerned friend explains in the May 4, issue of In Touch that Jessica's new found body dysmorphia has the former straight-laced child star turning to drugs to obtain the unobtainable:

"Her desperation to lose weight has led to a real problem...she thinks she's still overweight.

"She's been taking Adderall to lose those last few pounds.

"Jessica is out of control. Her family is very concerned."

A source close to the family told Radar Online that they had tried to step in to help Jessica a few weeks ago, but unfortunately their impromptu amateur intervention didn't exactly go according to plan:

"The family dinner started off as a nice conversation about how she should maybe cut back on her workouts and dieting, but it turned into a heated fight,"

"[Sister] Ashlee really called her out and told her she needed to get help, but Jessica freaked and ran out in tears. Now everyone's on pins and needles about what to do."

While it is hardly a smoking gun, drug an alcohol abuse could definitely account for some of Jessica's odd interviews from back in March, in which she seemed to have a Sarah Palin-esque stroke fielding the most mundane of questions.

Clearly, Jessica Simpson was either suffering from too much or too little of something during those chats from last month, but let's take solace in the fact that she is no doubt working very hard at sweating it out of her system every free moment that she gets.
