Despite the fact that Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore came to blows at the Season 6 reunion, Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen insists that Season 7 was even more traumatic in a lot of ways -- especially for NeNe Leakes. The Real Housewives of Atlanta producers recently revealed that the Glee actress may breakdown, but at least, she doesn't storm out in at the 2015 finale event as previously rumored. According to the latest gossip news updates, NeNe's former reality TV show bestie, Cynthia Bailey, wants to be friends again -- even though she seemed dead set on holding a grudge against Leakes all season long.
From the looks of Bravo's sneak peak at the 3-Part 2015 Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, NeNe Leakes loses it after an emotional exchange with cast therapist, Dr. Jeff, and has to walk out pf the taping altogether.
According to Andy Cohen, nothing quite that dramatic actually transpires, however, but he does admit that Leakes practically loses it while talking to the counselor (via Us Weekly):
"There was no storm-off, but something very dramatic happened when Dr. Jeff came on."
Ignoring the emotional meltdown, Andy even insists that this might have been the most productive reunion to date as far as the Housewives properly and thoroughly allowing each other to express themselves:
"I learned a lot.
"You know, the interesting thing is, it was really dramatic, but they were all really...listening to each other."
Aside from marveling at his getting the Bravo cast mates talking again, Andy Cohen really related to Dr. Jeff's having to contend with the natural disaster that is a Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion:
"I thought, 'Oh my God, Dr. Jeff, I really relate to you.
"I thought, 'Here's Dr. Jeff sitting there trying to corral everybody.'"
Perhaps that moment of sharing on the show influenced Cynthia Bailey's openness towards one day reconciling with her current Bravo nemesis, NeNe Leakes.
During a recent chat back stage at Steve Harvey's show, Bailey claimed that she hoped that in the end, she and NeNe really could be friends again (via OK! Magazine):
"I hope so.
"I hope we can be cordial at some point."
The producers had better lose Dr. Jeff's number before he gets all these girls to really make up and ruins the whole show.
