Playwrights have reportedly been planning on a multimillion-dollar Broadway production centered around the romance of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.

For over a year and a half, the Kansas City Chiefs athlete has been romantically involved with the pop artist, frequently spotted together at Kansas City sporting events and concerts from Swift's "Eras Tour."

As per reports from The Sun, there are two writers who have proposed a Broadway performance to Kelce and Swift, aiming to kick off the show as soon as next year.

Allegedly, the production would dive into the story of their initial encounter and their journey as a couple on a global scale.

According to the outlet's insider, the couple is still reviewing the proposal.

"Travis particularly struck the writers. They see him as the guy next door. Not a fashion model or a beautiful actor, but a hard-working athlete who has fought to the top."

"If it works in New York, the plan is to take the show to London, Paris, Tokyo and beyond."

Envisioned with a budget estimate of $7.5 million, the potential for these plans to be realized is promising.

The idea of potentially becoming the focus of a future Broadway sensation has truly charmed Swift and Kelce's interest.

The source went on, "They are both huge fans of plays and shows and see a Broadway show as something that could be one of the most creative experiences ever."

"Travis is really into acting and enjoys the spotlights, whether on TV, podcasts, or at public events."

They also revealed how the A-listers have expressed interest in collaborating on upcoming ventures. Given the "Fortnight" singer's passion for Broadway, this latest opportunity has piqued their curiosity even more.

"Taylor loves Broadway shows in general," per the source.

"She's been a fan forever. They are also massive New York lovers, so that would be a fantastic opportunity to do something big in the Big Apple."
