Kurt "Outlaw" Busch Alleged Domestic Assault: Ordered to Stay Away From Ex Patricia Discroll

Kurt Busch is one of the most successful and hated racers in NASCAR. In recent news, Busch was ordered by a judge to stay away from his estranged ex, Patricia Discroll. Originally, Discroll claimed Busch physically assaulted and choked her. Also, Kurt has been deemed to have health problems and anger issues. All this takes place after Busch's legal team absurdly suggested that Discroll is a trained assassin.

Busch drives the No. 41 Haas Automation/State Water Heaters Chevy SS for Stewart-Haas Racing. He grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is where he got his first taste of racing. Reportedly, his father got him interested in go-carts.

Since then, Busch has stacked an impressive list of achievements. Some of these include winning 25 Cup races, as well as the overall championship in 2004.

Even though he is fairly accomplished, Busch is better known for his controversial presence and scandalous activities off the track.

According to ABC News, the "Outlaw" recently learned a hard lesson in consequences:

"NASCAR driver Kurt Busch was ordered by a judge to stay away from his ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll and not communicate with her. The decision [made by] Family Court Commissioner David Jones comes after he held four days of hearings...that included conflicting testimony from Driscoll and the driver known in NASCAR circles as 'The Outlaw.' The judge's order...says Busch can't buy or possess firearms or ammunition and must be evaluated for "mental health problems related to anger control and impulse control."

Predictably, Busch's legal team took the low road in this court case. According to TMZ Sports, they made some extremely outlandish accusations:

"The NASCAR driver is fighting back with what he says is proof she's a certified badass who couldn't possibly be afraid of him...Driscoll claims he choked her inside his motorcoach...Busch's attorneys [argued] that Driscoll is a 'trained assassin' who would have no reason to fear Busch. In fact, during Tuesday's hearing Busch's attorneys called her a "mercenary" out to ruin his career. Busch adamantly denies the attack."
