Former ‘View’ Host Sherri Shepherd Surrogate Baby Mama Demands Justice after Lamar Sally Divorce? [CAST NEWS]

The mother of now fired View host Sherri Shepherd's baby with soon-to-be ex-husband, Sally Lamar, is absolutely livid that the comedienne has left her legally obligated to care for a baby that she was originally hired to have for someone else. According to the latest gossip news updates, Jessica Bartholomew, is deeply upset with the former ABC cast member's decision to leave her to take care of a baby that is ultimately no more genetically hers than it is Shepherd's. Jessica, a 23-year-old waitress living in California, claims that she was blindsided when Sally tried to pull out of their agreement at the last second, after seeming so excited to have the baby during the first half of the pregnancy.

Sherri Shepherd may not have realized it when she first decided to abandon the baby she ordered with Lamar Sally that the surrogate mother, Jessica Bartholomew, would be left with the bill, but that's exactly what Sherri's baby mama tells Inside Edition is what has happened (via Huffington Post):

"Because [Shepherd] doesn't want to be a part of the baby's life, I have to pick up all the slack with my name being on the birth certificate, a noncustodial parent, medical bills.

"I'm still considered the mother of a child that's not mine.

"It's affected me a lot. I am now listed as a noncustodial parent in California...I have a child support case coming against me now."

According to the February 16, issue of Star Magazine, Jessica insists that she had no idea that Sherri was getting cold feet until it was way too late for her to do anything about it:

"I don't understand how she can act like this baby is nonexistent.

"She would call and check on me during the pregnancy in the beginning.

"At the 20-week appointment, she seemed very excited...I didn't see any warning signs."

Sounds like someone never explained to Sally that one of the main differences between a baby and a cheese burger is you can't send the baby back if you decide you don't want it.
