Divorced Gwyneth Paltrow Talks Lady Parts V-Steam Sauna After Pubic Hair Underwear Confession

When a man needs to vent their private areas they do a little manspreading. However, when Gwyneth Paltrow wants to feel fresh, she steam cleans her lady parts….sort of. Recently, the soon-to-be divorced Iron Man actress opened up about cleaning out her Pepper Potts with a Mugworth V-Steam sauna. This is not Paltrow’s only time opening up about her privates. Paltrow previous opened up to Ellen about having to emergency rush and shave her pubic hair in order to go underwear free to a movie premiere.

On her Goop blog, Paltrow boost about the benefits of the Tikkun Spa, writing:

“Tikkun is the next level when it comes to Korean spas, combining high-tech far infrared heat with traditional Korean sauna therapies. So, if you want to lay down in a Himalayan salt brick tiled sauna, or sit in a Hwangto clay room, you get the added benefit of far infrared heat. “

However, the best part of blog has to be where Paltrow talks about using a sauna’s steam to clean out her lady parts, writing:

“We’re burying the lede though, because the real golden ticket here is the Mugworth V-Steam: You sit on what is essentially a mini-throne, and a combination of infrared and mugwort steam cleanses your uterus, et al. It is an energetic release--not just a steam douche--that balances female hormone levels. If you’re in LA, you have to do it.?

Paltrow is no stranger to talking about her private parts in public. Paltrow famously opened to Ellen DeGeneres about showing up to a movie premiere, without her panties:

"I kind of had a disaster. I was doing a show and I changed there and I went I couldn't wear underwear. I don't think I can tell this story on TV. Well, let's just say everyone went scrambling for a razor, I work a '70s vibe . . . You know what I mean?"
