Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star Ben Affleck has been married to his lovely wife Jennifer Garner for around 10-years now, but back in the late 90’s he was in a relationship with Gwyneth Paltrow. By some accounts, Affleck’s relationship with the Iron Man actress didn’t end so well. Now there are new rumors flying that the former couple are still at odds, and had to arrange dates to not be at Disney studios at the same time.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the National Enquirer is reporting that Ben Affleck was planning to take his kids to Disney Studios to meet Disney stars on the same day that Gwyneth Paltrow was set to take her kids to the studio. The National Enquirer is now reporting on an unnamed source who allegedly opened up about the close call:
“Luckily, one exec remembered that Ben and Gwyneth’s romance ended in nasty name-calling, and accidentally running into each other would be a Hollywood disaster -- so they quickly re-booked them a day apart. How terribly awkward if they’d run into each other!”
Back in 2003 Gwyneth Paltrow opened up about her and Affleck’s difference in values (via ABC News):
‘’he's got a lot of complication, and you know, he really is a great guy. I just think we have a very different sort of value system.”
