Justin Bieber must really want to separate from Selena Gomez. Via Twitter, he recently announced his upcoming Latin American tour dates, as well as the fact that he's headed into space.
The announcement first broke on Richard Branson's feed.
Justin Bieber and his manager, Scooter Braun, join a who's whom of galactic travelers; Leonardo DiCaprio, Ashton Kutcher, Tom Hanks and Brangelina have already have announced their plans to orbit. While the deposit is a mere $250,000, some tickets are going for more.
A seat on DiCaprio's flight is worth a staggering $1.2 million. Of course, that seat was purchased at a charity event during Cannes Film Festival.
Bieber's Twitter indicates that he may have some major aspirations for the journey. On Wednesday, he tweeted that he wants to shoot a music video in zero gravity. That tweet has since been deleted.
There are a few reasons he may want to escape Earth, altogether, on the SpaceShip Two--Virgin Galactic's flagship vehicle.
Bieber recently looked more like a wiener than a Belieber, when he stole a camera man's equipment and removed the memory card, before his security would return the device.
This just piles on to a long list of recent missteps. From his monkey trouble in Germany, to his drug troubles in Sweden, things have been heading south.
Space may be far off, but Bieber's fall tour begins in just four months. It will take place entirely in Latin America. The tour dates are below:
