Bieber Won't Be Charged For Fight With Paparazzi

Justin Bieber according to reports will not be charged for altercation he had with a photographer.

The Canadian mega star got into with a paparazzo in Calabasas last May. According to Inquisitr.com the photographer filed a police report against the singer after the incident and Bieber was looking at a possible misdemeanor battery charge.

Thursday however sees the charges dropped against Bieber. LA County D.A. said today that they will not file criminal charges against the singer because there was not enough evidence to support the charge. The office also said that there were conflicting eye witness accounts.

Bieber is coming off a highly successful American Music Awards where he grabbed three awards for the "favorite artist of the year," "favorite Pop/rock male artist" and "favorite pop/rock album." In one of his speeched Bieber showed defiant nature by saying.

"I want to say this is for all the haters who thought that I was just here for one or two years. I feel like I'm going to be here for a very long time."

Bieber was also in trouble with the law for speeding in Ferrari earlier in the year with the police pulling him over and giving him a ticket.

Media mogul Oprah Winfrey said that Bieber is one of the greatest acts of our time.

"In 1993 I did an interview with Michael Jackson. Not since then have I done an interview like this. Justin Bieber is a phenomena for our time. And just like Elvis Presley and the Beatles and Michael Jackson he has millions of screaming of fans who adore him."
