Tag Team Champs Edge and Christian Suing WWE after Monday Night Raw; Not First Lawsuit for McMahon

The WWE has an uncanny knack for stirring up controversy and creating nail-biting drama. Now, however, it looks like Edge and Christian are fed up with their antics, because they filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit after an incident on Monday Night Raw. The WWE has been involved in multiple court cases this year, including Billy Jack Haynes suing McMahon earlier in the year for contacting Hepatitis C.

Edge and Christian have had a respectable and accomplished career in the WWE. Edge won the WWF Intercontinental Championship, and it marked his first reign with the organization. Also, Edge and his childhood friend Christian won the WWF Tag Team Championship on seven different occasions.

In recent news, the two showed up as guest General Mangers, and the word on the street is that the two are not pleased what happened in the main event on Monday Night Raw.

According to Cage Side Seats, Edge and Christian are suing the WWE:

"Edge made mention of the fact that he couldn't sleep after what happened on Monday Night Raw...Because of that, he had an entire team of lawyers and if anything else happened he would own WWE."

A Statement from the WWE said, "The Authority resumes power this Monday on Raw, E&C will be in charge of SmackDown this Friday. According to Michael Cole, the duo filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against WWE for the actions of Seth Rollins and Big Show last night on Raw."

As most of you know, this is not the only lawsuit Vince McMahon and staff has had to deal with this year. According to TMZ Sports, Billy Jack Haynes made some serious accusations:

"Former WWE wrestler is suing Vince McMahon's company claiming he contracted Hepatitis C during a bloody WWE wrestling match ... and he's not the only one. The man behind the lawsuit is Billy Jack Haynes claims the WWE went out of its way to put wrestlers in danger by encouraging steroid and cocaine use and hiding important medical information from the wrestlers. In the suit, filed in federal court in Oregon, Haynes also blames the WWE for his Hep C diagnosis..."
