Tiger Woods Donald Trump Course Design Partnership Leads to Golfer Opening Restaurant in Florida

Tiger Woods has proven that he can do a lot of different things, but staying out of news headlines does not seem to be one of them. Recent reports are saying that, even though his golfing career has come to an end, Woods has many different business ventures on his plate. One site points out that Wood's new restaurant has been made official. Also, Tiger entered the golf course design game earlier this year.

Woods is considered one of the most successful athletes of all time. Woods turned professional in 1996, and by April 1997 he had already won his first major. By June of that same year, he reached the number one spot in the golf's world rankings.

The icon is also known for falling far from his post. He has been involved in multiple controversies. He has been confirmed as an unfaithful husband many times over, and multiple sponsors have been yanked from underneath him.

In turn, these lasting scandals have contributed to the downfall of the onetime great's career as a golfer. Nevertheless, the money Tiger has made over the years has provided him with a means to carry on. According to TerezOwens, fans will soon be able to dine in Woods' new restaurant:

"Former World's # 1 golfer Tiger Woods' golf career is winding down, and his other business ventures are ramping up. Now Tiger is officially in the restaurant business according sources that have obtained a copy of the lease for the eatery, The Woods Jupiter. The main agreement between Woods' ETW Properties and the Harbourside owners is for 7,400 square feet of space, rented for 10 years and renewable twice for another decade...I'm sure Tiger will hand pick all the waitresses."

Moreover, this eatery is not Tiger's only means of making a living. According to TMZ Sports, Donald Trump hired Woods to design a golf course earlier in the year:

"Donald Trump is betting some serious cash on Tiger Woods -- hiring the golfer to design an 18-hole course at his massive property in Dubai. Trump announced the partnership... saying Woods 'will be a tremendous asset in developing the course at the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai. Tiger is new to the design game -- with his first course to open in Mexico by the end of the year."
