American Idol winner Carrie Underwood's new greatest hits album Decade No. 1 debuted at number one this week on the Nilesen country music charts, thanks to her latest single, "Something in the Water". All the accolades have Mike Fisher's very pregnant wife showing off her bulging baby dump for the camera, though the recent weight gain has the Sound of Music singer admitting that most days she'd like to just lounge around in something less cute and more comfortable.
Carrie Underwood really hasn't known what it was like to put out an album than didn't immediately shoot to number one, and this year things are no different.
This is the fifth album in a row to debut in the top spot for Underwood according to Nashville.com, and the fact that it is a compilation, according to Sony Music Nashville Chairman Gary Overton, means that it won't be her last:
"With her Greatest Hits package debuting at #1, and 'Something in the Water' already a massive hit, it's an incredible testament to how profoundly Carrie's songs have connected with fans over the past 10 years, as well as the awesome promise of the decades of music still to come."
Where many a famous mother-to-be would spend the last months of her pregnancy hiding from camera's, the new album launch has Carrie as visible as ever.
According to ET Online in fact, Underwood's ever-growing tummy practically stole the show during Carrie's stroll down the 2014 American Country Countdown Awards red carpet:
"The 31-year-old country superstar stunned in a skin-tight white Ashdon gown at the 2014 American Country Countdown Awards on Monday night in Nashville, showing off her burgeoning baby bump in the one-sleeve style."
Underwood told CMT News that she is all about looking good during her pregnancy, when she is out and about.
According to Miranda Lambert's hit collaborator, she doesn't wear maternity close and she's not going to start:
"They're so hard for me to wear because there are just so many that I don't like.
"But the great thing about fashion right now is that there are so many items that are looser.
"I just want people to know you don't just have to wear maternity clothes because you're pregnant.
"You don't have to go into hiding just because you're pregnant."
That's right kids...she's not just a singer -- Carrie's a role model.
