Miesha Tate ATTACKS Ronda Rousey: Rival Hits the Champ with Poor Hygiene Accusations

Ronda Rousey is easily the most dominate woman in MMA. Her record and achievements are unmatched. Some could argue that her biggest competition has come from previous rival, Miesha Tate. Even though Rousey has put Tate away both times they fought, Miesha was the only one to take Ronda all the way to third round. Now, Tate adds fires to the flame by hitting the champ with lows blows concerning her body odor.

Rousey is a decorated master of judo and Jiu-jitsu. She has a perfect undefeated record of 10 wins and 0 losses. Impressively, 8 of her 10 wins were by arm-bar. Also, Rousey holds the titles of UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion and Strikeforce Bantamweight Champion.

Tate, on the other hand, is an accomplished wrestler who uses ground control to dismantle the opposition. In the end, the fact remains that in both match-ups, Rousey's signature submission proved to be too much for Tate to handle.

Now reports have surfaced suggest that the pang of loosing hasn't subsided for Miesha. According to TMZ Sports, during an interview, Tate took the opportunity to attack Rousey on a personal level:

"Smells like the rivalry between Miesha Tate and Ronda Rousey is about to get even nastier -- with Tate blasting Ronda for her body odor. Tate was in L.A. this week [and was] asked if B.O. was an issue in the world of female fighting...Tate went after Rousey ... blasting the UFC champ for offending her olfactory system both in and OUT of the octagon. Rousey has beaten Tate both times they've fought in the UFC."

Her statement is bold for someone who has been systematically dismantled more than once. Also, based on the champ's statement captured by MMA Junkie, it seems Ronda was focused on something more important than B.O.:

"The point where I felt like she was really 'broken,' if you put it that way, was in the third round right in the beginning...I caught her with a right hand, and she was...out on her feet, and that's how she...staggered back to the wall. And when I was leaning on her there, the way I heard her breathing, I knew a submission would be very easy right then, and a takedown would be very easy."

For those who look in on the situation, it seems that Tate might be asking for something she isn't up to handle. What do you think? Would a third bout between the two offer different results? Will Rousey's reign ever end? Let us know in the comment section below.
